• EACH CABANA SEATS 4 COMFORTABLY OR 6 GUESTS MAX.

  Larger groups will require an additional cabana rental to extend seating. Two cabanas will seat a maximum of 12. If renting all three cabanas, the entire patio area directly in front of the cabanas will be included for exclusive use with all of the lounge chairs and table seating allowing up to 30 guests.

  All guests attending your event will need to book a spa service or purchase a day pass which costs $45 Monday through Thursday and $75 on Fri/Sat/Sun. Guests must be 16 or older and show proof of age.

  Let us decorate your Group Area! The standard package includes a colorful table runner, paper lanterns, one rhinestone tiara & sash and a banner with a birthday, bridal, baby shower, retirement, graduation or just a fun spa party theme. An 18% service charge will be added to this package.

MURRIETA DAY SPA GROUP AREA RENTAL POLICIES

• All guests are required to either book a spa service of $75 or more or purchase a Day Pass.

  Rental for Cabanas, Gazebo and other Group Areas require Full Pre-Payment at time of booking and are Non-Refundable.

  Pre-Ordered Food & Beverages Require Full Pre-Payment and are Non-Refundable

  An 18% Service Charge will be added to all Group Area Bookings, Pre-Ordered Food & Beverages and Decoration Packages.

  If cancelled 72-hours in advance of the Event, a credit will be issued on an electronic gift card for future use.

  MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF A CABANA IS SIX PEOPLE. Minimum age in the backyard area is 16.

  MDS DOES NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD, BEVERAGES OR ALCOHOL.

  Celebratory cakes or cupcakes are allowed. If MDS supplies plates and utensils, a $5 per person Cake Cutting Fee will be charged.

  Cafe is not able to keep cakes chilled. If guests wish to bring their own wine or champagne, there is a $20 per bottle Corkage Fee.

  If bringing your own decorations, remove upon departure to avoid a $25 Cleaning Fee.

  Confetti, confetti balloons and glitter are prohibited. A $25 Cleaning Fee will be imposed if disregarded.

  Any damage or excessive cleaning will be charged based on the incident.

  CABANAS, GAZEBO, AND OTHER GROUP AREAS MUST BE VACATED ON-TIME. EXTENSIONS WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVER ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES.
