Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is the entrance fee? Can I come to just use the pool and amenities for the day?
When a spa service of $75 or more is booked it includes use of the spa amenities for the entire day. This includes the heated pool, dry sauna, locker rooms, showers, towels, robes and slippers.
-
What if I have to cancel my reservation?
No-shows and cancellations of less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of all spa treatments cancelled. Group Area Reservations (Cabanas, Gazebo, etc.) require cancellation notification 72-hours prior to events scheduled Monday through Thursday and ONE WEEK prior for events scheduled Friday through Sunday.
-
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is most comfortable. A robe, slippers, and a locker will be provided upon arrival. The therapist is trained to drape you appropriately during treatments. Bring a swimsuit if you would like to use the pool.
-
When should I arrive?
At least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure sufficient time to check in and change. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, as your treatment will end at its normal scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment time. No discounts or refunds will be honored for late arrivals, so the full value of your treatment will still apply.
-
Can I bring my child with me?
All guests must be 16 or older to use the outdoor backyard amenities and pool. The minimum age for some specialty facials is 13. Children under 13 are not permitted in the spa.
-
Should I bring my valuables?
The spa does provide lockers for guests, however it is recommended you leave your valuables at home. The spa does not assume liability for any lost items.
-
Do you offer discounts?
We offer many great options for discounted services and products including our monthly membership program, series packages for specific services, monthly specials and group food & drink packages. Ask the front desk for details or view them on our website. We also offer 10% discounts on spa services Monday through Thursday for current military, veterans, and seniors (65+) with proper ID.
-
If I come with my spouse, friend, or family member, can we have our services together?
We offer couples massages to accommodate two people in the same room for a small $10 upgrade per service. All facials, waxing, and body treatments are performed in individual rooms due to the equipment and product set-ups needed for these services.
-
How can I ensure a wonderful spa experience?
Discuss openly your likes, dislikes, concerns, questions, or areas of desired focus with your therapist before and during your treatment. Disclose any medical conditions or pertinent information your therapist may need to know prior to your treatment.
-
Are there rules on cell phone usage?
Please be considerate of all Murrieta Day Spa guests and help us maintain a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Silence your cell phones prior to entering the spa, and place them in your locker during services, so they do not disrupt your treatment or anyone else's.
-
May I bring outside food and drinks?
We do not allow outside food except for celebratory cakes and cupcakes. However, we do not have space in our refrigerator to keep them chilled. We encourage you to bring disposable plates and utensils, otherwise we will charge a $5 per person cake cutting fee. Because we have a full bar, we discourage outside beverages. If you have a special bottle of wine or champagne that you would like to bring, we will charge a $20 per bottle corkage fee.
-
Do you have a designated smoking area?
We are a wellness Facility and do not allow smoking of any kind on the premises or in the adjacent parking lots.
