What if I have to cancel my reservations? – Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled check in time. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the spa treatments you scheduled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the spa treatments you scheduled. We strictly adhere to this cancellation policy.
What should I wear? – Wear whatever is most comfortable. A robe, slippers, and a locker will be provided for you when you arrive at the spa. The therapist is trained to drape you appropriately during treatments. When should I arrive? – At least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure sufficient time to check in and change. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening it’s effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply. Can my child accompany me during my services? – Children under the age of 12 are permitted in the treatment areas only when they are receiving services. Children may not accompany a parent during their services. | Should women shave before a pedicure? – No, women should not shave their legs before a pedicure because the scrub treatment could cause sensitivity to the legs.
May I bring my valuables? – It is recommended you leave your valuables in the safe provided by the hotel or keep them at home. The spa does not assume liability for any valuables. How can I ensure a wonderful spa experience? – Discuss openly your likes, dislikes, concerns, questions or areas of focus with your therapist before and during your treatment.
